1. Click on Integrations
Navigate to the "Integrations" section of MailVerify. This is where you can set up and manage integrations with other platforms for bulk email verification.
2. Click on New Integration
To begin a new integration, click on the "New Integration" button. This allows you to start the process of connecting MailVerify with your chosen platform for bulk email verification.
3. Select Which Platform You'd Like to Integrate With
Choose the platform you want to integrate with MailVerify. This selection will determine the source of your emails (where the email list will be pulled from) and where the verified emails will be sent after the process is completed. Make sure to choose the correct platform for seamless integration.
4. After Selecting Your Platform, Click on Add
Once you have selected the platform to integrate with, click the "Add" button. This will initiate the integration process and connect MailVerify with your chosen platform for email verification.
5. Provide Login Credentials
To authenticate the integration, you will need to log in to the platform you selected. Enter your login credentials, which will allow MailVerify to access the necessary email data for verification purposes.
6. Click on Continue
After entering your credentials, click on the "Continue" button. This confirms your login details and takes you to the next step in the integration process.
7. Select Campaign OR Lead List
Choose the campaign or lead list that you wish to use for the bulk verification. This will ensure that MailVerify processes the right set of emails for verification.
8. Find the Name of your Campaign/Lead List in the drop down
From the dropdown menu, locate and select the campaign or lead list you want to verify. This is where you will select the list that MailVerify will process for email verification.
9. Click On Your Verification Job from the List
After selecting the campaign or lead list, a verification job will be created. Click on the job listed in your integrations page to track and manage the progress of the verification process.
10. Select Clean Up
After the verification job is complete, you will have the option to clean up the list. Select "Clean Up" to remove any invalid or undesirable emails from the verified list. This what determines which emails to keep and which to remove from your selected platform
11. Select Which Emails You'd Like to Keep
Choose the emails you want to keep from the verified list. You can either select from preset options or manually choose the emails based on your needs. This allows you to filter out unwanted emails from your final list.
12. Click on Clean up
After selecting the emails you wish to keep, click "Clean up." This action will remove all undesirable emails and leave only the ones that meet your criteria.
13. Track Progress
You can monitor the progress of the email clean-up from the integrations list. The changes will reflect on your desired platform in a few minutes, and you will be notified when the process is complete.
