1. Click on Exports
To begin exporting your already verified emails, go to the "Exports" section of the particular email list you would like to export. This is where you can manage and export the verification results that you have processed.
2. Click on Export Emails
Once in the Exports section, click on the “Export Emails” button to start the process of exporting your verified emails.
3. Select a preset
Based on the kind of emails you want to export you can select a preset to quickly export your desired emails. Here's what each preset would mean -
a. Maximum Deliverability: Focuses on deliverability and would only select emails that are detected as Deliverable or as a Valid Catch-all
b. Maximum Reach: If you would like to focus on reaching the most people, you may select this option. Along with Deliverable and Valid Catch-all, it will also include Risky and unverifiable emails. Only use this option if you're absolutely certain.
c. Only Bad Emails: Will only select emails that are deemed undeliverable or unverifiable (unknown)
d. All Filters: Will export all emails with regardless of their status
e. Custom: Dive deeper into selecting the emails you want to
4. Click on Custom
Custom allows you to manually select exactly which emails you'd like to export. Let's understand the various configurations available in custom
5. Select the status you would like to export
Here you can mix and match the kind of emails you'd like to export along with the various reasons for those statuses. A detailed explanation for each reason is present on "i" icon next to them.
6. Select Attributes
Emails have various attributes attached to them including -
Free: This indicates that the email belongs to a free email service provider, often associated with disposable or temporary email addresses.
Disposable: Marks the email as coming from a temporary or disposable email provider, often used for one-time sign-ups.
Catch-All: This means the email is part of a "catch-all" inbox, which accepts any email sent to any address at that domain, even if the specific address doesn’t exist.
Mailbox Full: If an inbox is full and cannot receive additional emails, this attribute will be marked.
Role Account: Identifies email addresses tied to roles, such as info@domain.com or support@domain.com, rather than personal user accounts.
Valid Catch-All: A valid catch-all inbox means that it is properly configured to accept emails for any address at the domain and is functioning correctly.
Select the ones necessary to you. These will be an additional filter on top of the previously selected reasons
7. Select Providers or Domains
Using this final option in the custom export configuration, you can choose to export emails of specific domains or providers only. The full list of providers and domains will be present in the dropdown. Simply select what you need.
8. Select where to export
After deciding which emails to export, either manually or using a preset, it's time to select where to export your verified emails.
9. Exporting to a Platform
MailVerify can directly export your emails to your campaigns or lead lists on ReachInbox.ai, Instantly.ai or Smartlead. Select your desired platform
10. Click on Export List
11. Login
You will be prompted to login to your platform. This is required in order for MailVerify to directly export emails to your desired platform
12. Select Campaign or Lead List
13. Select the name of your Campaign or Lead List
After selecting the name of your campaign or lead list, simply click on save and the emails will be exported. You can track your exports in the export section of the particular list
14. Exporting a CSV
If you do not wish to export to any of the above platforms, you can choose a download a CSV of the emails you wish to export. Simply select the "Export CSV" option and hit "Export List". A CSV file will be installed to your designated downloads folder.
15. Click on Exports
Select the exports tab to view all active export jobs and their status.
