To begin the bulk email verification process, you first need to create a new verification list. This step sets up a new workspace where you will upload your email file. Simply click the "New List" button to get started.
After creating a new list, the next step is to upload your email list in CSV format. Click on the “Upload CSV” button to open the file upload window, where you will be able to select the CSV file containing the emails you wish to verify.
Once the upload option is visible, you can either drag and drop your CSV file into the designated area or manually click to select your file. This step uploads your email list into the system for verification.
In this step, you need to select the specific CSV file you want to verify. This is the file that contains the email addresses to be validated. After selecting it, you are ready to proceed with the verification process.
After successfully uploading your CSV file, click on the “Continue” button to move forward.
At this stage, you can initiate the email verification process by clicking the "Verify" button. The system will start processing the email list and validate each address to determine whether they are deliverable, invalid, risky, valid catch-all or unverifiable.
Once the verification process has completed, you may check the final results by clicking on the "View Results".
The "Overview" section provides a summary of the verification results, including the number of valid, invalid, or risky emails. Clicking here will give you a high-level view of the entire process, helping you keep track of progress.
Finally, after reviewing the overview, click on "Results" to dive deeper into the specifics of the email verification outcome. Here you will see a detailed breakdown of each email's status (valid, risky, invalid, etc.), helping you decide which emails to keep or remove from your list.
